Massage Therapy:  We encourage self awareness and healing created by both the therapist and the client. We use a wide variety of  techniques including Deep-Tissue Massage, Energy Work, Swedish, Accupressure, Trigger Point Therapy and Intuitive Massage.

Signature Treatment
Healing Intuitive Massage – For Mind, Body and Spirit, an intuitive massage that balances the energies of the body, a combination of energy work, acupressure and swedish massage.  Sometimes the lightest touch can be more effective than the most rigorous.

Also, a verbal either during or after the session (you choose) to bring awareness of what is happening in the body.  

We are not a counseling, or psychotherapy consulting service.  We do not focus on the past or diagnosing the past.  We focus on changing the current and future circumstances and well-being for our clients.
